A fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers.
Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators and a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals.
He served as President of the Missouri Bar in 1994-1995 and served and chaired several committees for the Bar.
Formerly a partner with the firm Blanchard, Robertson, Mitchell & Carter, P.C., Joplin, MO.
The Missouri State Delegate from 1998-2004 in the ABA House of Delegates and is a Life Member Fellow of the ABA Foundation.
